Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the presentation of the front of house, reception, and meeting rooms are always clean and tidy.
  • Welcoming internal and external guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Managing all meeting room bookings requests and reception functional mailbox, ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly and ready for each meeting.
  • Creating security access passes for internal and external visitors and maintaining visitor records - checking in and out.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings and events, including executive meetings, team meetings, and after-hour functions.
  • Assisting setting up and packing down meeting spaces and events.
  • Placing catering orders for meetings and events, including coordinating menus and delivery times with external vendors across all floors.
  • Acting as backup to the Front of House team by assisting the Mailroom function.
  • Preparing and serving coffees as a Barista.
  • Creating and maintaining various reports.
  • Responding to queries and answering and redirecting incoming calls in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  • Following Food Safety Policies, WHS Policies, safe chemical handling procedures.

About You

We are open to considering individuals who may be working in hospitality, reception, or other roles where they interface with people. In addition to your enthusiasm and positive attitude, you will be:

  • Confident communicating with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Personable with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service-focused.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite highly regarded.
  • Willing and able to obtain a First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training.
  • Available to work onsite Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
