Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are a multidisciplinary team serving and supporting our local community in Victoria.
About the Role:- Provide evidence-based services to clients, collaborating with allied health professionals for evaluations.
- Deliver early intervention services to children aged 2-18, focusing on therapeutic goals.
- Offer customised support for speech, language, and social skills.
- Perform assessments of speech, literacy, language, and pragmatic language to set and personalise therapeutic objectives.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions at home and schools for children with diagnoses such as motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Maintain accurate client records, adhering to professional standards.
As a graduate, you will participate in our twelve-month program, including weekly supervision and mentoring, three paid study leave days, birthday leave, and generous professional development budget. You will also have opportunities for internal career progression and external support for wellbeing.
To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, current registration and status, AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker screening check, and a driver's license and own vehicle.
