Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.


About the Role:

This key position plays a vital role in ensuring each guest has a positive experience. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant activities, focusing on exceptional customer service and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making, collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective staff management, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, events, and service, maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a large team, assigning tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Experience managing functions is an advantage, but not essential.
