Job Description

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our establishment, while also mentoring and supporting our front-of-house team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and engagement.
  • Monitor venue performance and control costs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and senior management to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
  • E nsure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management.
  • Natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about guest service and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and a quick problem solver.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality venue operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Availability across a 5-day roster (Wednesday to Sunday).
  • Hold a current RSA and unrestricted work rights.
