About the Role:

This dynamic role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, developing and executing strategic plans to boost revenue, streamline operations, and elevate the guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering their individual growth and contributing to the business's overall success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at driving revenue growth, implementing innovative initiatives, and upholding brand standards.
  • Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to optimise occupancy rates and revenue generation.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, nurturing a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists to thrive.

About You:

We seek an experienced leader with a minimum of five years of general management experience in the hospitality industry. You should possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and a strong business acumen. A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce, or business administration would be highly regarded.

A Competitive Salary Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $AUD 120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This package also includes benefits such as performance bonuses, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee engagement program.
