Executive Director of Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Oryx People Automotive. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and management skills.
The key responsibilities include coordinating and managing in-season and off-season events and activities, as well as managing all operations within budget to maximize Club revenue and profit for a financially sustainable future.
As Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for creating multiple communication channels to showcase the Club and its sponsors to the club's members and broader community.
You will lead and engage a diverse range of stakeholders, have experience in sports administration, commercial and business acumen, strong communication skills, and an understanding of a range of communication channels including social media.
In addition, you must demonstrate the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and activities, undertake background checks, and hold a valid Driver's License.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and Sydney's cost of living. You will also have the opportunity to work with a prominent sporting club and contribute to its success.
