Purpose and Direction

We're seeking a senior leader to spearhead our reimagined supported living model. Our approach combines tailored apartment-style accommodation with 24/7 care, empowering people with disability to live with choice, dignity, and freedom.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, psychosocial disability, or trauma-informed services. Proven leadership experience in hospital wards, mental health units, disability, or community-based settings is essential.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, guide practice improvements, and drive person-centred outcomes by blending clinical expertise with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery of person-centred care across multiple sites, prioritizing the needs of individuals with complex psychosocial and mental health requirements
  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders and frontline teams, building capability to support complex behaviours and ensure safe care delivery
  • Apply clinical and mental health expertise to guide practice, support complex psychosocial interventions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive service performance, quality, and budgetary oversight, ensuring effective participant onboarding and NDIS funding compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise services, enhance participant outcomes, and promote a culture of excellence
