About the Role

As a senior leader, you will oversee all aspects of centre operations, including staff management and compliance. This role involves driving occupancy and managing enrolment pipelines in collaboration with the Enrolments team. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

  • Staff Management: Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring effective rostering and efficient use of resources.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to NQF standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Occupancy Growth: Collaborate with the Enrolments team to drive occupancy levels, exploring new markets and partnerships.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, accredited by ACECQA.
  • Previous Centre Director experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Business acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and the local community.
  • Prioritization of family-centred practice and commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
