Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage daily operations and supervise a team in our Silent Elector Processing Cell. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality outputs, providing technical advice, and facilitating business improvement initiatives.

In the lead up to and during elections, you will temporarily redeploy to lead the temporary election workforce allocated to the processing cell.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower staff to achieve results by providing clear direction, recognition, constructive feedback, and delegating work appropriately.

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to remain positive under pressure and respond calmly while committing energy to achieve goals.
