About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team at IBISWorld. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of new and established clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call existing clients to maintain and build relationships within the company to ensure you hit your revenue targets by delivering value to our client base.
- Expand our contacts beyond existing sources and develop a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organisation.
- Proactively promote product awareness, while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio.
- Meet the training needs of clients to ensure value is received, both via conversation and training (including product presentations to various user groups).
- Deal with incoming queries, issues and the day to day needs of your clients as they arise.
- Research and understand each client's business to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage numerous contacts, including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
- Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills.
- A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results.
- The ability to also work autonomously.
