About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our team at IBISWorld. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively call existing clients to maintain and build relationships, ensuring revenue targets are met by delivering value to our client base.
  • Expand our contacts beyond existing sources and develop a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organization.
  • Proactively promote product awareness, while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio.
  • Meet the training needs of clients to ensure value is received, both via conversation and training.
  • Deal with incoming queries, issues, and day-to-day needs of your clients as they arise.
  • Research and understand each client's business to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage numerous contacts, including scheduling, follow-up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
  • Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy, and diplomacy skills.
  • A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results.
  • The ability to also work autonomously.
