We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our organization in a key leadership role.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across group and project entities.
  • Deliver scenario modelling and investment analysis to support key decisions.
  • Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including financial risk and insurance oversight.
  • Lead the development of financial policies and controls.
  • Provide commercial insights and board-level reporting aligned to business goals.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of accountants and finance officers as you champion a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification (essential), with tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years' experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial or accounting role.
  • A background in construction, property development, or project-based environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability in cash flow management, capital planning, and scenario modelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven expertise in financial systems and processes, accompanied by proficiency in both office and financial software.
