Chief Financial Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering financial performance, managing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in financial management, leadership, and analytics. They will be responsible for managing the organisation's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and BAS submissions.

  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and implement effective financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage cash flow, assets, and liabilities to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a CPA or CA qualification, minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role, and proven financial leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office 365 are also essential.
