Lead Finance Executive

As a key business partner across operational and corporate teams, you will provide insights that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for budgeting and forecasting
  • Deliver scenario modelling and investment analysis to support key business decisions
  • Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial risk and insurance oversight
  • Develop and implement financial policies and controls
  • Provide commercial insights and board-level reporting aligned to business goals
  • Mentor and develop a team of accountants and finance officers as you champion a culture of accountability and innovation

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification, with tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years' experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial or accounting role
  • Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments
