About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Colour Consultant to join our team at Porter's Paints, an industry leader in premium paints & finishes and luxury wallpaper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing sales through offering a tailored boutique experience and expert advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Offer tailored advice on colour and design solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage stock control, tinting of paints, and general housekeeping
  • Contribute to the growth of sales and revenue through effective sales strategies
Requirements
  • Colour and design experience, ideally within the painting or interior design industries
  • Proven track record in retail sales and exceeding customer expectations
  • Availability to work alternate Saturdays
  • Willingness and physicality to manually handle paint
