About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant Lead to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a Sales Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales through new and existing relationships, identifying target clients, and developing sales approach strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through both new and existing relationships
  • Identify a list of target clients and develop a sales approach strategy
  • Create and present bespoke product solution presentations
  • Participate in the solution design process
  • Present ROI reporting and quote/tender submission
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand the sales footprint for the business
  • Target the sale of ongoing support service offerings to all customers
  • Provide a superior level of customer service and product knowledge
About You

You are a proven sales professional with B2B experience, ideally selling to the retail, electronics, FMCG, or consumer products industries. You are able to identify new business opportunities and tailor a successful approach. You have experience preparing sales presentations addressing issues solved, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI. You have strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
