About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our Mandurah Advertising Sales team at Seven West Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for seeking and building customers within the Mandurah area, promoting and maintaining a high level of customer service to our clients, and ensuring the success, growth, and profitability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs to create targeted advertising strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through interaction with existing clients and active prospecting within a specified market
  • Design and present high-quality advertising sales proposals and strategies to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients' expectations are met
  • Contribute to the development of advertising strategies and identify potential business and revenue risks
About You
  • Proven customer service or sales experience in industries such as retail and hospitality
  • A genuine desire to work closely with clients to deliver optimal returns for their investments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a current driver's license
