We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant with expertise in change management to join our Advisory team. As a Change Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through organisational transformations, ensuring seamless transitions, and maximising the benefits of change initiatives.

The Opportunity

We have a growing pipeline of exciting project opportunities in the Government, Defence, Industrial, and Transport & Infrastructure sectors in Canberra. This role will provide you with the opportunity to make use of your expertise across a range of projects, clients, and market sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the effective acceptance of large change programs in complex environments
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the change vision and secure buy-in at all levels
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs
  • Execute change plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

  • Australian citizenship
  • Current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher
  • Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of success
  • Expertise in change management methodology and best practices
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Project management and delivery skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
