Project Lead - Portfolio Manager

We seek a results-driven Project Lead to oversee multiple concurrent projects within our Transformation portfolio. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a confident self-starter who thrives in complex environments and drives outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management: Manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence stakeholders across academic and professional services teams
  • Prioritization and Management: Navigate competing priorities and manage project interdependencies effectively
  • Risk Resolution: Identify and resolve issues and risks, including managing conflict and facilitating collaborative solutions
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and updates to senior leadership

  • Proven Project Experience: Proven experience managing projects in the higher education sector
