Our organization seeks a skilled leader to oversee the management of its property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning their leadership style with our company's vision, values, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee portfolio performance to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, trades, and directors.
- Lead the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day portfolio functions.
- Drive effective negotiation and conflict resolution strategies across the department.
- Establish and manage departmental budgets, strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Initiate projects to grow income, expand the rent roll, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting to business owners and head office.
- Exercise full department leadership, including team performance, recruitment, mentoring, and operational management.
- Prior experience in a senior property management or head of department role.
- Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to mediate, negotiate, and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
- A solution-focused mindset when supporting team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate and Victorian Driver's Licence.
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
