Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to oversee insurance policies, prepare and review contracts, manage Employment Visas, and execute export compliance documentation.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of insurance policies, including interaction with brokers in Australia and the US
  • Lodgement of ASX announcements
  • Preparation and review of contracts under senior team member supervision
  • Management of Employment Visas
  • Review of customer contracts
  • Execution of export compliance documentation
  • Interface with external legal counsels across various areas
  • Commercial and legal tasks, such as negotiation and execution of global distributor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and internal policy updates

Requirements:

  • A university degree is required for this position
  • A law degree or equivalent experience is considered advantageous but not mandatory
  • A practical, adaptable, and agile individual with strong problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks as needed
  • Post-graduation experience of 2-3 years
  • Australian citizenship
