Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Compliance Reviews: Provide expert advice on compliance matters, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Manage Compliance Risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Compliance Certification: Hold a current certification in compliance, such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Professional Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, business, or engineering.
