About the RoleThe successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team working closely with project teams to apply modern technologies and infrastructure practices to support the delivery of Australia's digital health agenda.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to enhancing platforms such as Provider Connect Australia (PCA), My Health App (MHA), and SMART on FHIR forms, ensuring seamless integration, continuous improvement, and high system performance.
You will play a key role in streamlining development and deployment pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
Drawing on your expertise in cloud technologies, containerization, and system monitoring, you will build and maintain resilient environments that support continuous delivery.
Working collaboratively with developers, testers, product owners, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to innovative, secure, and user-focused solutions that address the evolving healthcare needs of Australians.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver agile and secure digital health solutions
- Expertise in CI/CD tools including MS DevOps, BitBucket, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and SonarQube
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders to maintain efficient deployment pipelines
- Maintain secure, compliant environments with knowledge of Essential 8 security controls
