As a key member of our Bid Strategy and Process National team, you will play a vital role in coordinating bids and tenders. Your primary focus will be on working closely with both the Bid Managers and Precontract Managers to develop high-quality written content for key communications documents.

These documents are crucial in helping us secure work and enhancing our reputation as a leading infrastructure construction company. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all aspects of submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent, high quality standard by the due dates.
  • Ensuring submissions accurately reflect our proposed response, follow the requirements specified in the client's request documents, and align with our corporate standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Communications, or Administration.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or field, demonstrating your ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build a high-performing team that delivers excellence.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in publishing, team management, and planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced word processing and troubleshooting.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
