Service Manager Position Overview

This is a leadership role that will play a vital part in supporting families and keeping children safe, strong, and connected. The Service Manager will lead our Intensive Family Support Service and oversee referrals from relevant authorities, coordinate case planning, and ensure families receive safe, strengths-based, and culturally respectful support.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership position with significant responsibility for guiding and mentoring a team of In Home Support Workers and a Data & Quality Coordinator.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in community services, family support, or leadership and be committed to Aboriginal-led solutions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for building trusted partnerships with local services and agencies, ensuring families are surrounded by the right kind of wraparound care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Intensive Family Support Service and oversee referrals from relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate case planning and ensure families receive safe, strengths-based, and culturally respectful support.
  • Guide and mentor a team of In Home Support Workers and a Data & Quality Coordinator.
  • Build trusted partnerships with local services and agencies.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for families and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.
