LinkPoint Family Connections is growing, and we're looking for two professional Independent Contractors to join our team.

In this role, you'll provide supervised contact for children and their families in Family Law and Child Protection contexts. Our work is about more than observation, it's about holding space with empathy, ensuring safety, and helping children maintain meaningful connections with the people who matter to them.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise child–parent contact visits, handovers, and transport
  • Provide clear, factual, and professional reports for case management and court processes
  • Support safe, structured, and positive interactions for children

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and families
  • Empathetic and child focused
  • Skilled in observation and report writing, or willing to develop these skills with support
  • Confident in maintaining professional boundaries
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
