Job Title: ICT Service Delivery ManagerOverview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with customers and providing solutions to improve their ICT lifecycle management, governance, and ICT controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work with clients to assist them in navigating the services and processes of DDTS to deliver their outcomes.
  • To collaborate with the wider team and technical ICT teams to progress the client's desired outcomes.
  • To engage with DDTS teams, customers, solution vendors, and external stakeholders on security-related matters.
  • To develop accurate and data-driven reports for customers.
Requirements
  • A current ACT Government CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate (Baseline clearance equivalent) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT are preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
  • Project management certification in Prince2, PMBoK, or similar would be highly regarded.
