**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT service management and ensure effective operation.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team, including clear communication, setting performance and behavioural standards, managing performance, delegating responsibility, and guiding and developing people.

- Creating and executing Key Performance Indicators and Service Level agreements.

- Experience in creating and maintaining Customer Journey Maps and Service Catalogues.

- Setting strategic direction and taking responsibility for client service functions, including customer experience management, frameworks for service standards, and operational agreements.

- Drawing upon knowledge of key performance indicators and contractual obligations to drive performance, service improvement, and efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work in a fluid environment by remaining flexible, agile, and adaptable.

- Good level of computer literacy, including desirable experience in Cloud Solutions.

This position requires exercise of people management skills and knowledge to lead a high-performing and cohesive team.
