Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our frontline service team as a Customer Service Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to customers and contributing to the growth of our business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and efficient service. You will provide assistance with everyday banking transactions, process new memberships, term deposits, and insurance requests, and adapt quickly to new environments and situations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process new memberships, term deposits, and insurance requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with everyday banking transactions, including account enquiries and payments.
  • Travel throughout our network of branches to provide services and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude.
