Back Office Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Back of House team
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems
- Optimise stock replenishment processes to maximise availability
- Assist with stock loss management and procedures
- Coaching and training team members to improve performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high-turnover retail environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel etc.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
