Back of House Manager – Glue Store | World Square

We're on the hunt for aBack of House Managerto join the team atGlue Store World Square.

If you're highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in the fast-paced world of retail operations — this is your opportunity to step up and take ownership of what keeps the store running behind the scenes.

About the Role:

As theBack of House Manager, you'll be the go-to for all things stock. From managing deliveries and inventory to keeping the floor replenished and ready to go — you'll make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to support a seamless customer experience, while leading the back of house operations with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stockroom operations — from deliveries to replenishment

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead regular stock takes

  • Collaborate with store leadership on stock allocation and placement

  • Train and support the back of house team

  • Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and company standards

  • Drive efficiency and stock integrity behind the scenes

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Ability to lift and move stock as needed

  • A calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for retail and the role operations play in the customer journey
