Lead Back-of-House Operations

This pivotal role involves driving excellence, developing high-performing teams, and focusing on efficiency and achieving success ethically.

We seek an experienced leader to oversee our store's back-of-house functions, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior management to optimize back-of-house operations and empower team members through training and development.
  • Coordinating and leading a diverse team, fostering an excellent work environment through recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Implementing processes and tools to achieve sales and inventory metrics, executing inbound stock planning, loss prevention, and stock management.
  • Providing strategic leadership to the logistics team, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A passion for excellence and a drive to succeed
  • Experience leading large teams, with skills in stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
