Store Operations Coordinator

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently support the store's back-of-house operations.

  • Responsible for all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Supports the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintains a tidy and organized back-of-house area, compliant with retail operations and standards.
  • Conducts quality control on all products at all times and reports any issues to the store lead.
  • Assists with the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensures all stockroom equipment is functioning properly and raises any concerns through Ask services immediately.
  • Performs various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and ordering office supplies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
