Job Overview

As a vital member of our Risk and Legal Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business intake processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end business intake checks for new clients and matters, including conflict screening and AML/CTF due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, actionable feedback to senior leadership based on insights from daily business intake operations
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulatory guidance across relevant jurisdictions
  • Conduct complex assessments including AML risk evaluations, KYC/CDD reviews, and conflicts analyses to support sound client and matter acceptance decisions

Experience with AML/CTF, KYC/CDD processes and systems such as Intapp is highly valued. Intapp knowledge is also preferred.

Requirements
  • A bachelor degree or higher qualification
  • Recognised AML/Compliance qualification desirable but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools
  • Demonstrated track record of mentoring or training junior staff in a professional-services environment
