Senior Business Intake Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intake professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's processes for assessing, accepting and onboarding new clients and matters.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Implementing business intake policies, systems and procedures aligned with industry best practices;
- Supervising the business intake team;
- Assisting with the timely roll-out and ongoing implementation of anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) programs;
- Supporting client and matter due diligence and onboarding processes;
- Supporting senior management with related projects and tasks.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management in the Risk and Legal Excellence team to maintain a robust and appropriate AML/CTF program.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in managing and implementing AML/CTF compliance programs;
- Experience of AML/CTF, know-your-customer/customer-due-diligence (KYC/CDD) processes and systems;
- Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and risks associated with the legal industry;
- A minimum of three years' leadership or team management experience is strongly preferred.
You will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
