We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals with experience in Foreign Exchange Sales at EBR in Sydney CBD, Australia.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work in a leading Forex broker as a FX Sales Associate (Mandarin Speaking) and be mentored by experienced industry professionals. You will have the chance to develop your skills in a flexible work environment and expand your industry insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finding and developing potential client leads to create profitable accounts
  • Introducing new clients and VIP customers to our platform and building long-lasting relationships with them
  • Negotiating with key stakeholders to close off new deals and grow our client base
  • Solving problems encountered by customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Being in charge of transaction decisions and working positively towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory for this role
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A sound understanding of the functionality of an FX eCommerce trading system is required
  • You should be willing to work longer when required and possess effective communication skills
  • A results-driven individual who can work well under pressure to achieve monthly sales targets is ideal
  • A bachelor degree with economics, finance or related majors is mandatory for this role
What We Offer

At EBR, we offer a competitive salary package of AUD $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our agency guarantees confidentiality and all candidates are met with before submitting details to our client base. You will also have the opportunity to work in a leading Forex broker and be mentored by experienced industry professionals.
