About the Program Manager Role

The Australian Submarine Agency is seeking highly motivated and collaborative-minded individuals to fill multiple roles at the APS 6 level.

We are looking for team players who are excited to work on projects that make a lasting impact and support nuclear powered submarine programs.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical upskilling activities, delivering programs to build deep, diverse, and sustainable Nuclear Engineering Science Technology talent pipelines, leading projects, building and managing stakeholder relationships, and understanding the work environment and how internal operations support agency objectives.

You will become part of a diverse team dedicated to helping grow the workforce, skills, and capabilities Australia needs to safely and securely operate its future fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.

We value motivated team-leads who are willing and eager to deliver ongoing programs with results-driven approaches.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
