Job Summary:
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage creators' careers, help grow their audiences, and monetize their content.
You will negotiate deals with brands and record labels and develop content strategies using our software and your expertise.
What You'll Do:
Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, grow platform presence, secure brand deals.
Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign emerging and established influencers.
Foster Brand Relationships: Build partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate internally to expand Grail's talent roster.
Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with remote work flexibility.
Ideal Candidate:
Familiar with TikTok and social media trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hustler mindset, quick wins, and patience for long cycles
Flexible hours and autonomous work ability
Passion or ambition to innovate in influencer marketing
Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, marketing agencies.
