Job Title: Leadership Development Partner

Description:

Our Organisational Development and Learning team is responsible for building and growing capability across all levels of the organisation. This includes evolving culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the long-term success of leaders and the organisation.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the development programs for our leaders and aspiring leaders. The incumbent will be a leadership coach and facilitator, with a high degree of independence and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs for aspiring leaders and senior leaders.
  • Coaching aspiring and existing people leaders, in line with expectations of the international coaching federation (ICF).
  • Working closely with internal subject matter experts to ensure programs meet national standards and are contextualised to the organisation's needs.
  • Designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders and empower aspiring leaders.
