Job Summary

The role of HR Business Partner involves driving strategic People priorities that support business objectives. This position will work closely with Senior leaders and the business as an advisor across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance to department heads to enable growth.

  • Develop and implement HR and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management, and initiatives.
  • Lead and support on Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, offering advice on compliance, legislation, policy, and company values.
  • Partner with the Head of HR and Business leaders on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Support remuneration reviews and gender equity reporting, ensuring fairness and transparency in decision-making processes.
About You

This is a mid-senior level position requiring a candidate who has worked within an agile and matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial approach, be delivery-focused, and have experience working across the full employee lifecycle, including performance and remuneration reviews, talent and succession planning, recruitment, and workforce compliance.

The successful candidate will also have good knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), familiarity with strengths-based frameworks, and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice.

This is a full-time position requiring a candidate who can drive People priorities, provide strategic HR and workforce planning, create a high-performance culture, lead and support ER/IR matters, and partner with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
