Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business and align with organizational goals
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training is relevant and effective
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, human resources, or organizational development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design
