As a Senior Educational Leader, you will be responsible for guiding our early childhood education and care services to achieve excellence.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive the development of engaging educational programs that support the holistic growth of children. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a similar managerial role within the early childhood education sector.

  • Developing and implementing effective educational strategies that align with our centre's goals and objectives
  • Fostering strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders
  • Providing leadership and management of staff, operations, and budgets

Key Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and child development principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture
