As a visionary leader, you have the opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education and care. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and drive quality outcomes for children.

The ideal candidate will provide strong, values-driven leadership to educators and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and building trusting relationships with families and the wider community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and overseeing centre operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with families and the community
  • Driving enrolments and occupancy growth while upholding the centre's reputation for quality care

Requirements include:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Proven knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
