Early Childhood Educational Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educational leader to join our team at a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre in Victoria.

About the Position:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs that inspire and engage young minds.
  • Lead reflective practice across the team to promote growth, innovation, and excellence in education.
  • Utilize digital platforms effectively to document children's learning and progress, ensuring accurate and meaningful records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent and high-quality practices throughout the centre, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and nurture strong, inclusive relationships with children to support their development and well-being, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Engage with families to foster open communication and shared goals, building trust and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the team to meet National Quality Standard requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes, ensuring exceptional care and education for children.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law is also essential.
