We are seeking a visionary leader to head our purpose-built early learning centre. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality care for children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of educators and supporting their professional development
  • Implementing a progressive, play-based curriculum aligned with NQF and EYLF standards
  • BUILDING strong relationships with families and driving community engagement
  • Managing centre operations, compliance, and quality assurance

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum two years of Centre Manager (or higher) experience in a long day care setting
  • A collaborative leadership style that uplifts and empowers educators
  • A strong grasp of NQF, compliance, and safety regulations
