Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Front Office Duty Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering outstanding guest service and seamless experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role- Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Manage daily operations such as check-in/check-out, billing and reporting.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Train, mentor and develop the team, fostering a positive culture.
- Drive revenue through upselling and loyalty engagement.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and brand standards.
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems; Opera and Accor systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
