As a total compensation strategist, you will develop and implement global and local reward programs aligned with the company's framework. Your key responsibilities will include designing compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups, supporting annual salary reviews, budget planning, and salary structure updates.

- Conduct compensation analyses such as equal pay reviews.
You will also ensure local compliance with total rewards guidelines and documentation, recommend updates to compensation-related policies and procedures, and govern local compensation data to align with global standards.
Who You'll Work WithAs a total compensation strategist, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including HR teams, managers, and other experts. You will work together to ensure consistent application of compensation practices and provide guidance on exceptions to standard compensation guidelines.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel. You should have experience working with compensation programs and a deep understanding of market trends and policies.
