Appointment Generator

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for creating qualified meetings for our client in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to new enquiries, qualify using the client's tailored framework, nurture unready prospects, and book appointments directly into consultants' calendars with complete notes and context.
  • Monitor and action new enquiries from various sources, including HubSpot, website forms, email, and phone.
  • Qualify leads using key criteria across patios, decks, and carports.
  • Engage with unready prospects via call, SMS, and email until they meet the required standards.
  • Book qualified appointments via calendar booking tools into Australian consultants' calendars.
  • Capture clean notes, budget information, and call history in CRM systems so consultants are fully prepared.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, stage movement, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Produce weekly reports on calls made, appointments set, qualified leads passed, and pipeline activity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C appointment setting or lead qualification, preferably in home improvement, construction, solar, telco, insurance, or similar high-volume consumer categories.
  • Proven experience serving Australian consumers and working core AEST/AEDT hours.
  • Confident on the phone with fast response times and strong objection handling.
  • Hands-on with CRM systems and calendar booking tools, comfortable running structured call, SMS, and email follow-ups.
  • Clear written and spoken English with a professional phone manner.
  • Remote readiness.
