**About the role**:
Looking to join a forward-thinking company that offers a 100% environmental cleaning solution - without it costing the world then look no further. You will have the important role in generating appointments for our business manager through contacting prospective clients and introducing them to our fantastic services.

You will have the integral role of generating appointments through contacting prospective clients, both existing clients on our extensive database as well as cold calling.

**About you**:

- Confidence and positive attitude.
- 3-5 years experience in outbound calls.
- A professional and clear phone manner.
- Having knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning Industry, would be an advantage
- Be a real Team Player.
- Display confidence and a calm energy when speaking to clients.
- Possess a good knowledge of CRM's & be proficient in MS Office including Outlook
- Be resilient, with ability to achieve KPI's.
- Ability to build rapport in a timely manner with potential clients and have the confidence to ask 'closing questions'.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn our systems.
