We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Professional to join our team.
- Job Overview
Our telemarketers are responsible for outbound telephone marketing based lead generation and appointment setting. The role will require following a script, introducing a company's service to prospective clients, asking qualifying questions, covering objections, and closing for an appointment or sales meeting on behalf of our client.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads via outbound telephone calls;
- Following a scripted approach to engage with potential clients;
- Qualifying prospects to determine their level of interest in the company's service;
- Covering objections and addressing concerns;
- Closing appointments or sales meetings on behalf of the client;
- Requirements:
- Outbound calling experience in charity calls, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales calls;
- Sales experience in business development via phone or face-to-face is advantageous;
- Australian resident or valid work visa;
- Professional tone, good articulate communication, strong English language, and clear accent;
- Intermediate computer skills with CRM usage to log calls and a typing speed of 20 to 40 words per minute;
- Working Conditions:
The role will require working from home with a quiet professional environment. All necessary equipment and software will be provided.
